This month our Operations Manager Debbie Elliott was interviewed by homesecuritylist.com. They were interested in our company’s long history in the security industry, our innovative solutions and our industry leading customer support.
Debbie has been with our company for 20 years and is an amazing asset. She started out in the accounting department and continued to grow with the company. In 2010 she was tasked with creating our website and developing the sales and fulfillment process.
When asked about how she feels working here, she had this to say: "I have a passion for Link, including our customers and employees, and truly enjoy coming to work every day. I feel very fortunate to be part of a company that is both ethical and customer service focused.
I use the same alarm equipment in my own home and can testify to the quality of what we offer. It’s fun to see how excited the customers get over the features that are available to them. We view our customers as friends and since we service the United States, it’s especially exciting when a customer takes the time to stop by to meet us in person when they are in the area. I think that speaks volumes about Link and our employees."
